چکیده

Actinomycetes abundantly present in soil are renowned for various secondary metabolites production with a wide range of use diverse fields life. Many reports available on the actinomycetes regulation pathogenic microbes plants. For this purpose, study used thirteen strains, which were isolated from Piplan (district Mianwali) Punjab, Pakistan. However, out thirteen, only seven found active both primary and screening. The (AW1, AW2, AW3, AW4, AM1, AC1, AC2) separated their microbial potential against strains (Escherichia coli Staphylococcus aureus) same agriculture soil. About 42.85% (three seven) showed antagonistic properties S. aureu E. Thus, it was noticed that three (AW3, AC1) had great antimicrobial potential, most promising results. Whereas Secondary screening AC1 best result ethyl acetate extract as compared to ethanol, methanol, chloroform. Hence, It concluded isolates antibacterial activity they can be industry plant pathogens.
